Warranty
- For electrical and plumbing equipment – 1 year
- For product coatings – 2 years
A prerequisite for the warranty is the commissioning of the equipment by a Polypromsintez specialist.
Warranty obligations are maintained in compliance with safety requirements and maintenance rules.
Connection and service
Even at the stage of choosing hydrotherapy equipment, it is recommended to consult with the manufacturer’s service engineer to prepare the room for installation and connection of the bath or shower unit. Each product has certain requirements for water supply, power supply, and space allocated in the room for convenient operation and maintenance of the equipment.
When placing an order for equipment, the manager agrees with the planned production, delivery and commissioning of the product. If the room where the equipment is to be installed is undergoing repair work, the connection is carried out only in a room that is fully prepared for installation.
Conditions of readiness of the premises for connection and commissioning of the equipment:
- Preparedness of communications – water supply and drainage, electricity supply (if the product contains electrical equipment) in accordance with the wiring diagrams for the equipment provided by the manufacturer
- A place in the room with sufficient horizontal space and load capacity for normal operation and maintenance of the equipment has been prepared
If these conditions are met, the customer fills out and sends the INSTALLATION APPLICATION to the service engineer.
After receiving the application, the manufacturer’s service engineer will commission the equipment. The approximate time for a service engineer to visit Ukraine is 1 week.
If you need to repair the equipment during operation, to call the service engineer, you need to fill out and send the REPAIR APPLICATION to the manufacturer of the device.
