Thanks to ability to adjust temperature and pressure of supplied water streams, the pulpit provides both Charcot shower and contrast (Scottish) shower.
The shower chair DSH-2 LUX is designed for massage with two water jets under pressure (Charcot shower). The jets are fed into massage nozzles, which the operator uses to massage the patient. The nozzles are mounted on a movable mount that allows you to change the direction of the jet. This is necessary for a comprehensive massage of different areas of the body. The working pressure in the nozzles is 3-4 atmospheres. The pressure of each water jet can be adjusted; for this purpose, there are taps and a pressure gauge on the control panel to monitor the indicators. Water is supplied to each nozzle from a separate water channel, so the temperature and pressure of the water can be adjusted independently in each nozzle. The temperature can be monitored by observing the readings on the built-in thermometers. The water temperature plays an important role in the effect of the treatment. Each person has an individual perception of temperature, so it is recommended to check whether the set temperature is comfortable for the patient before the massage.
The reliability and convenience of the DSH-2 LUX shower chair has been tested by time. The chairs have been installed and have been operating for more than 10 years in many sanatoriums, salons, and hydrotherapy departments of clinics.
An additional function of the DSH-2 LUX is the ability to control the operation of circular and ascending shower units from the control panel. Such showers are often installed in the same room as a Charcot shower to provide additional hydrotherapy procedures, thereby increasing the functionality of the room.
