The VEGA bathtub is designed with an optimal combination of dimensions and volume. This became possible thanks to many years of experience in the field of balneology. The bathtub does not require a large room to install. The bathtub is 2.21 m long and 0.91 m wide. It should also be borne in mind that for the patient’s comfortable approach to the bathtub, as well as the operator’s work during procedures and bathtub maintenance, it is necessary to provide a free zone around the bathtub – at least 0.5 m. If the room is only planned, the best solution is to contact the service department of the bathtub manufacturer. The service engineer will provide installation diagrams with recommendations on the water supply and the location of the bathtub in the room.
The average water consumption per treatment is 200-250 litres. Depending on the type of procedure and the patient’s physique, you can fill the bath with more or less water. If the bathtub is equipped with a hydromassage system (hydromassage jets on the sides, in the back and legs), then for the system to work properly, the water level should be at least 150 mm above the overflow level.
